No. To maintain our rapid response times, we focus our service on Greater London, specifically covering areas such as Bromley and Twickenham. We no longer operate within Central London or ULEZ zones, allowing our fleet to remain dedicated to our core service areas in the South East.
For our Primary Response Zones (West Sussex and immediate Surrey), we aim for a 60-90 minute on-site arrival for critical failures. For extended areas, we provide a tiered response based on your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
